You may use this web tool to request routine maintenance services in the academic and administrative buildings and undergraduate residence halls of the Morningside campus (except as indicated below).

This web request is currently unavailable for certain areas:
  • Tenants in faculty and graduate apartment buildings please continue to submit your requests through your superintendent or to 854-2222.
  • 600 West 113th, 47 Claremont, Harmony Hall (544 W. 110th) and 548 W. 113th: undergraduate residents of these buildings please continue to submit your requests through your superintendent
    or to 854-9301.
  • Special Events: Please continue to submit requests for special events support directly to the Special Events Office x4-8607, FAX 4-1955
